A new cigar smoker, I purchased cigars that weren't satisfying. The owner was very considerate and customer friendly. At no cost to me, he gave me some cigars that were of better quality to ensure I was satisfied. Great shop, great knowledge, great service!

Good selection. A little outdated dining room hutches that they put the cigars in seems reasonable. Could be a little better. I've noticed that the local cigar shops in Vancouver and Victoria have really pumped up the cigar prices forcing me to go online

Great shop. Great customer service. Great selection. Great prices. Don't smoke many cigars. When I do they're Cuban and always purchased here. Have a couple of humidors aging some to that 10 year perfection. Well I was back for more. Bovida packs and some Cohiba's. Amazing plume on my cigars. Both humidors purchased here too. Packages have changed in Canada so you really need to look to make sure your getting what you want. The real wrapping is under the brown generically band.

This place is amazing! They have a huge selection, cigar are kept to optimal conditions, the owner is so knowledgeable and so professional, he inspect every cigar before he sells them to me, the shop is really clean and very VERY organized. This is my best experience to date in any Cigar shop across Canada.
